Estate and Fort of Ayvelles
Opening : May, June and September: Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. July and August: Tuesday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
On a free or guided tour, you will be immersed in a period of French history, that between 1870 and 1914. A route will make you discover Fort Serré de Rivières and its remarkable watchtowers.
The Estate Ayvelles will suit both nature lovers and history buffs. Bike and foot walks on the paths surrounding the Fort, as well as the use of play areas and picnics are free.
The estate is located on the edge of the departmental 34, halfway between Villers Semeuse and La Francheville.
