Bakery Pastry Chocolate factory - Le Mont Olympe
Since 1999, Albéric and Marie-Ange Domelier have based the success of the Le Mont-Olympe bakery-pastry-cum-chocolate factory on the quality, origin and respect for selected materials, as well as the transmission of traditional know-how.
It is with generosity and refinement that the bakery is made every day: Organic bread, fine pastries, confectionery, Carré DU Monde® chocolate creations and Ardennes specialities such as :
- The Carolo
- L'Ardoisier : This blue cake is an original creation by Albéric Domelier. It has made its place in the hearts of the Ardennes and also arouses the curiosity of his colleagues, but his original recipe has not yet been cracked.
- The sugar cake, the soft cake, the pie with white pudding. (Presented on M6 in " La Meilleure Boulangerie de France ")
- Les Ardoises, Chocolat Le Rimbaud
Mont-Olympe also offers chocolate lovers a rendez-vous with the Carré DU Monde® chocolate creations. An initiative of Fabien Domelier, the first artisan creator of "bean-to-bar*" chocolate in the Ardennes.
Carré DU Monde® offers you :
- Bean-to-bar* bars of pure vintage origin
- Ultra gourmet filled shelves
- Chocolate sweets and gourmet palates
- Spreads rich in hazelnuts and without palm oil
- Grand cru chocolate mousse, made from bean-to-bar chocolate* (available from November 2020)
It is driven by the desire to always give the best that each member of this family business combines their respective know-how with tradition and modernity.
*Bean-to-bar: Chocolate handcrafted from the cocoa beans in their raw state, at the bar.
