Visit and tasting "Ferme des Domoiselles"
Direct sales of farm products made from Lorraine goat's milk.
The DOMOISELLES farm was created in 2020 by Azéline and Johan in the commune of DOM-LE-MESNIL. The couple breed around forty Lorraine goats. This breed, which was once threatened, is important to the couple, who regularly praise it for its good dairy genetics, hardy regional goats and good adaptation to the Ardennes climate.
With their herd, the farmers produce milk which they process on site into goat's milk cheese, yoghurt and ice cream.
These products are sold directly from the farm, and are also used to enhance the preparations of local artisans (bakeries, pizzerias). The couple take part in numerous events in the Ardennes, contributing to the development of the region.
Since 2022, the farm has been open to the public, offering guided tours for families throughout the year, as well as personalised visits for professional organisations.
