Remembrance Tour - Floing

In the same way as Bazeilles became known worldwide due to the heroism of its Troupes de Marine, Floing is the place made famous by the memorable charge of the Margueritte division, a charge that became legendary as it was the last great one by the French cavalry.

The "Circuits de mémoire" guidebook is available at the Sedan Tourist Office. There are 5 routes around the battlefields of 1870, 1914-1918 and 1939-1945.
