HOW DOES IT WORK?

To recharge your electric vehicle, simply sign up to the Virta service and register your bank card. You will be billed each month according to the recharges you make.

Charging an electric vehicle with Virta is simple and effortless: just identify yourself at a charging point, plug in, and you're ready to charge. Once registered, you can log in, charge and pay with your charging pass or via the mobile app.

Cycl'am

Self-service electric bikes!

 

In the summer of 2023, Ardenne Métropole launched a brand new bike rental service called Cycl'AM.
This self-service bicycle rental service puts 80 electrically-assisted bicycles at your disposal.

HOW TO RENT A CYCL'AM BIKE

To get started, registration is required. This can be done using a computer, smartphone or tablet with internet access:

  • By downloading the Cycl'AM application from Google Play or the App Store.
  • By using the Cycl'AM webapplication.

The service can be used via the application, by SMS, by credit card or using another card.

 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

  • The "Escapade 4 heures" package costs €15
    (€0.05/min over 4 hours).
  • A weekly subscription is available for 5€.
    (free 10 minutes per use)
  • The deposit is 150€, with no initial withdrawal.
    (However, a minimum amount of 150€ must be available on the bank account in case of non-payment of the service. For monthly subscriptions for students or jobseekers, this deposit is reduced to €50).
  • Bikes can be used for a maximum of 24 hours.
    Users receive an information SMS after 3 hours of use, and another at the end of the 24 hours.
  • Users are not charged for trips lasting less than 2 minutes.
